"People do not decide their future; they decide their habits and their habits decide their future." - John C. Maxwell

I am a lifelong volunteer and coach who has spent my business career in the upstream oil and gas industry, developing new products and marketing and promoting solutions in an industry with many ups and downs.

I have been effective in forming appropriate teams, defining success and then managing by example. I have developed methods to create reporting metrics to give a clear picture of progress, strengths, and opportunities.

My depth of team experience was sharpened in athletics that included four years as a football letterman in college, to today’s world of business travel to the Middle East, Europe, Asia, China, Australia, and South America. In other words, I’ve navigated many of your hurdles successfully.

My personal activities have included the Houston Texans’ “Gridiron Legends” selection committee for the Texas Bowl, National Football League Consultant to the High School Player Development Program, BP MS 150 Bike Ride to Austin (17-year participant), Fellowship of Christian Athletes member of Executive Board of Directors, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where I am a certified volunteer Chaplain at the Polunsky Unit, the unit that houses Texas’s death row.
